Tech Sheet

Occasional Wine Note: We're big fans of Perinet wines. We're big fans of wines from the Priorat region of Spain, the only other DOCa (DOQ) region in the country besides Rioja. What a fantastic blend delivering great aromas and flavors of ripe red and dark fruits, herbs, a touch of spice, and some earthy undertones. The acidity and tannin are well balanced and add nicely to this well assembled gem.

  • Wine Enthusiast

    Critic Score: 92

This deep-hued red blend has an enticing nose of black cherry, Mission fig, clove and a hint of forest floor. Polished tannins provide a backdrop to pleasing acidity and cassis, black plum, fennel frond, dried thyme and lavender flavors. Soft floral and herb notes linger into the finish.

  • Wine Spectator

    Critic Score: 93

This generous red shows density and heft that are kept balanced by lively acidity. Flavors of plum, espresso, olive and dried flowers are well-layered with loamy earth, wild herb and spice accents carrying along the finish. Garnatxa, Carinyena and Syrah. Drink now through 2031. 375 cases made, 200 cases imported.
